New podcast appearance: Go Home Bible, You're Drunk

I talk about early modern fundamentalism's connection to early modern capitalism, and theobros!

Last week, I made a numerology joke on Twitter and weaseled my way onto another Irreverent Media Group podcast. I’m glad I did, because I had the opportunity to talk about theobros, one of the proto-theobros DL Moody, and how he sided with Chicago’s business elites during the labor unrest that led to the Haymarket Riot.
